Short, readable, and written to be understood rather than to be survived. Using the site means you accept them.
Section 01Who these terms are between
They are between you and LeverVenture Management LLC (“LeverVenture”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of leverventure.com and every page on it.
If you do not accept them, do not use the site. That is the whole bargain.
Section 02What this site is
An informational website about an investment management firm. It describes what we do, who we are and how we work.
The Fund I page describes an offering made under Rule 506(c) and carries its own legend. Apart from that page, the site is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, interest or investment product, and it is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. No page on this site creates an advisory relationship, and nothing on it should be relied on as the basis for an investment decision.
Section 03Permitted use
You may read the site, print or save pages for your own reference, and quote it with attribution. You may not:
- Scrape, harvest or systematically copy the site or its contact routes.
- Use it to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or to anyone named on it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
- Reproduce it, in whole or in substantial part, as if it were your own material.
- Use the firm’s name or marks in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.
Section 04Intellectual property
The text, design, structure, photography and marks on this site belong to LeverVenture or to the party that licensed them to us. Third-party marks appearing on the site — service partners, institutions, publications — are the property of their respective owners and are reproduced to identify a real relationship, not to imply an endorsement of anything else.
Section 05Messages you send us
A message sent through the form is not confidential by operation of these terms, and sending one does not create a professional relationship. Do not send us anything you are not free to disclose, and do not send us trade secrets or personal data about a third party without their knowledge.
Where you do share something in confidence under a separate written agreement, that agreement governs and these terms do not weaken it.
Section 06Accuracy, and third-party links
We take care with what we publish and we correct what we get wrong. Even so, the site is provided as it is: we do not warrant that every page is current, complete or free of error, and figures described as illustrative are illustrative.
Where we link to another organization’s site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or its privacy practices.
Section 07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeverVenture is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
Section 08Changes and termination
We may change the site or these terms. A material change moves the effective date above. We may also suspend access to the site, in whole or in part, where use of it breaches these terms or threatens its operation.
Section 09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stands.
