LeverVenture Fund I

Open to verified accredited investors who are also qualified purchasers. Offered under Rule 506(c).

Section 01Strategy

Fund I invests in life sciences and healthcare companies once most of the scientific risk is retired and the remaining risk is commercial: Series A and later, alongside the health systems, strategic corporates and specialist investors that validated the science.

Five areas: biopharma and therapeutics, diagnostics and precision medicine, devices and robotics, digital health and delivery, longevity and neuro. AI is the accelerant across all five.

Section 02Fund facts

  • Target: $250 million.
  • First close: $25 million, targeted for Q4 2026.
  • Minimum commitment: $1 million.

There is no assurance the Fund meets either target.

Section 03Managing Partners

José Vasquéz, Managing Partner of LeverVenture and former Chairman of JumpStart Inc., focused on value creation, technology and artificial intelligence.

Peleg Chevion is a Managing Partner of LeverVenture, focused on strategic partnerships, licensing and business development, from Basel and Tel Aviv.

Section 04How investing works

  1. Introduce yourself. Tell us who you are and that you want the Fund I private placement memorandum.
  2. We verify your status. Before accepting any subscription, we take reasonable steps to confirm that you are an accredited investor and a qualified purchaser.
  3. Read, then decide. The memorandum sets out the terms. Only the memorandum governs an investment.
