What this website is, and what it is not.
The firm is an investment manager, so the line between describing what we do and offering something matters. This page draws it plainly.
Section 01Offers and recommendations
The Fund I page describes an offering of interests in LeverVenture Fund I LP under Rule 506(c). That offering is made only to accredited investors who are also qualified purchasers, whose status we verify before accepting any subscription, and only by confidential private placement memorandum. Nothing else on this website is a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Any offer of an interest in a private fund is made only to eligible investors, only through definitive offering documents, and only in jurisdictions where such an offer is lawful. Those documents, not this website, govern.

The content here is general and informational. It does not take account of your objectives, your financial situation or your needs, and it is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice from someone who is advising you.

Where the site shows a worked example, a composite subject or a figure marked illustrative, that material exists to show a method rather than to report a result. Names, logos and marks of other organizations appear on this site to identify a real relationship — an employer, an institution, an engaged service partner — and remain the property of their owners. Their appearance is not an endorsement by that organization of LeverVenture, of any investment, or of anything else on this site.
Section 07Named individuals
Biographical descriptions of the firm’s partners, board and advisors state the offices those individuals hold or have held. An individual’s current or former employer is named for identification, and neither that employer nor the individual’s institution is a sponsor of the firm or a party to its investments.
Section 08Jurisdiction
This site is published from the United States and is directed to persons in jurisdictions where publishing it is lawful. If the law where you are restricts access to material of this kind, do not access it. You are responsible for the rules that apply where you are.
Section 09LeverSolutions
LeverSolutions is the firm’s operating affiliate. It provides operating support to portfolio companies. It is not a broker-dealer, it does not offer securities, and references to it on this site describe operating work rather than an investment product.
